Showkat Ahmad Ganaie is a visionary leader in inclusive education, clinical psychology, and school improvement with nearly 29 years of multidisciplinary experience across the UAE and India. As the Founder, Business Partner, and CEO of Inclusive Futures K-12 Learning Management and Quality Assurance System (LMQAS), he leads the design and implementation of innovative inclusive learning ecosystems with integrated Artificial Intelligence that promote equity, quality, and personalized support. He has held senior leadership roles including Cluster Head of Inclusion, Gifted Education, Behaviour Modification, and Learning Support Services at Bloom Education's MOE-managed schools and served as Head of Inclusion and Wellbeing in institutions like Dubai National School Al Barsha, NIMS Group of CBSE Schools Dubai, and Athena Education’s US and MOE Curriculum School - Al Wahda Private School in Sharjah. He has transformed school-wide inclusion practices through the development of Smart IEPs, ALPs, ICPs, BIPs, GCPs, and MTSS frameworks, while preparing schools for rigorous inspections under KHDA, MOE, ADEK, SPEA, CBSE, and NEASC standards. His leadership in Bloom Education’s US and MOE Curriculum Managed Ajyal Schools including Al Wadi School (RAK), Umm Al Quwain School, Ibn Taymeyah School (Ajman), Mohammad Bin Rashid School (Dubai), and Al Hudaibia School (Dubai) have been instrumental in embedding high-impact CPD programs, quality assurance mechanisms, and inclusive school improvement journeys. In recognition of his national impact in the UAE, he earned the 6th Rank in the UAE’s Top 10 Inclusion Leaders (Incluzun Awards 2025) sponsored by Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination (PoD), Al Dar and Other National Sponsors. Mr. Showkat was also awarded by the EduScan Group of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Centres Dubai HQ and Hayati Medical Centre Dubai Branch UAE’s Best Inclusive Education Leader and Practitioner Awards 2020-21 and 2021-22 academic years.

As a committed researcher and academician, Mr. Ganaie has published 17 peer-reviewed research papers and three books covering a wide range of critical issues in educational and clinical psychology. His research spans the prevalence and diagnostic discrepancies of Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities, Leaning Difficulties, and Epilepsy with comparative studies across India, the UAE, and Western countries as well as behavioural challenges, cognitive rehabilitation, social maturity, and psychoeducational assessments and interventions of students with SEND and MAGT. Notable works such as “Bridging Prevalence Data and Practice in the UAE” and “Cross-Emirate Analysis of Inspection Frameworks” align his research with practical policy innovations, addressing gaps in neurodevelopmental diagnostics and service provision. Backed by an M.Phil. in Rehabilitation Psychology, an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology in progress, he brings clinical precision and academic depth to every role. A former Psychology Lecturer at the University of Kashmir, Mr. Ganaie has introduced systems for More Able, Gifted and Talented Education (MAGT), early identification, screenings, psychoeducational assessments and interventions for Students of Determination (SEND), MAGT learners, behavioural difficulties, psychological problems, safeguarding concerns, and code of conduct issues. Through Inclusive Futures, he continues to pioneer inclusive excellence and elevate educational standards across the region.
